Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. and his wife, Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado, arrived at the GMA Thanksgiving Gala tonight, July 30, at Shangri-La The Fort.

The couple were seen at the red carpet of the much-awaited event in their elegant all-black ensembles. According to Bong and Lani, their Old Hollywood Glam outfits were creations by renowned fashion designer Francis Libiran.

The actor-politician also said that he's excited to see all the new and young generation of Kapuso stars at the event.

“I want to see.. lahat ng mga new stars natin sa GMA,” the Agimat ng Agila actor said.

Lani added, “Ako, I would love to see old friends. My old friends, our bosses na tumulong sa atin along the way at narating 'yung mga dapat marating sa panahon ngayon. It's a reunion for us.”

Senator Bong also gave a congratulatory message to GMA Network Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, “I would like to congratulate also Atty. Felipe Gozon sa kanyang.. Kumbaga sa layo ng narating ng GMA. Saludo kami sa kanya, kay Atty. Felipe Gozon.”

He continued, “And of course, sa inyong mga bagong stars ng GMA, kayo rin, welcome, at nandito tayo tulong tulong para lalo nating palakasin ang GMA."
